A: We use professional-grade, hypoallergenic, and non-toxic face paints that are safe for sensitive skin. They are easy to wash off with soap and water, or a regular baby wipe.
Q: Do you only do face painting?
A: In addition to face painting, we also offer glitter tattoos, glitter bars, and we will soon be offering airbrush tattoos, hair bling, and henna. Let us know if you’d like to include additional services in your booking!
Q: Can you do custom designs?
A: Yes! We can create custom designs based on your theme or specific requests. Just let us know when booking so we can plan accordingly.
Q: Do you paint adults or only children?
A: We paint all ages! Face painting is a fun activity for both kids and adults at parties, festivals, and corporate events.
Q: How do I book your services?
A: You can book by contacting us on our website, or by phone or text. A deposit is required to secure your booking.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance for a refund of your deposit. Rescheduling is allowed with sufficient notice.
Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons, but 14 days notice is required.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to confirm your booking.
Q: How many faces can you paint in an hour?
A: We can paint approximately 10-20 faces per hour, depending on the complexity of the designs.
Q: What do you need on the day of the event?
A: We bring everything we need with us, we just need to know in advance if we are inside or outside.
Q: Do you travel to events?
A: Yes, we travel to events! A travel fee may apply for locations outside a 30-mile radius of Wilmington, DE.
Q: Can you accommodate large events?
A: Absolutely! For larger events, we can bring additional artists to ensure everyone has a chance to be painted. Our team specializes in large community and corporate events.
Q: What if a child has sensitive skin or allergies?
A: Please inform us in advance of any allergies or sensitivities. Our paints are hypoallergenic, but we can perform a patch test if needed. We are also able to paint on the arm or leg if there is concerns of sensitive skin on the face.
Q: Do you paint over cuts or rashes?
A: For health and safety reasons, we cannot paint over open wounds, rashes, or contagious conditions.
Q: Is the face paint easy to remove?
A: Yes, our face paint washes off easily with warm water and mild soap, or a regular baby wipe. No harsh scrubbing is required!
Q: Do you follow COVID-19 safety measures?
A: Yes, we follow strict hygiene protocols, including cleaning brushes and sponges between uses and sanitizing our hands regularly. Our brush water contains a sanitizing agent, and everything in our kit is thoroughly cleaned between events.
Q: What themes do you specialize in?
A: We can accommodate most themes, including company or organization specific mascots or logos. Let us know your theme, and we’ll bring it to life!
Q: Do you offer discounts for schools or charities?
A: While we do not offer discounts, our team strongly believes in the importance of giving back and building strong community relationships. We are always open to discuss the possibility of volunteering our services if our schedule and staffing allows.
