Booking
• Advance Booking: All bookings must be made at least 14 days in advance.
• Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your date and time.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via cash, check, or credit card by invoice.
Pricing & Minimum Booking
• Hourly Rate: Our hourly rate starts at $150 for face painting (minimum 2 hours required). Other services are priced separately with no minimum hour requirement.
• Travel Fees: A travel fee of $50 applies for events within 30-50 mile radius from Wilmington, Delaware. Additional fees may apply for events farther than 50 miles.
• Additional Artists: For large events requiring more than one artist, additional charges apply.
Event Details
• Event Information: Please provide all event details, including the location, date, time, number of guests, and special requests at the time of booking.
• Setup Requirements: We simply require space. We come with everything we need for setup, however, it is imperative that we have cover from the elements. When booking, please confirm whether a tent or covering will be provided or if we need to bring ours for outside events.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the event to avoid being charged in full.
• Rescheduling Policy: One free reschedule is allowed with at least 7 days’ notice.
• If we are available and your event is cancelled last minute, full payment is required. There are of course considerations made for exceptional circumstances.
• If your event has a rain date scheduled, we will be available for both the original and rain dates. If the event is cancelled for weather on both days, full payment is required.
On-Site Policies
• Arrival Time: Our artists will arrive 30 minutes early for setup.
• Behavior Clause: We reserve the right to stop services if guests are disruptive or unsafe.
Health & Safety
• Product Safety: We use only professional-grade, hypoallergenic face paints and materials.
• Illness Policy: We cannot paint individuals with open wounds, contagious conditions, or active illnesses.
Booking Procedures
1. Initial Inquiry
• Contact us via our website, social media pages, or phone/text to check availability.
2. Confirmation
• Once your date is confirmed, an invoice and contract will be sent to you.
3. Deposit Payment
• 25% deposit must be paid to confirm your date. If it is a pay per face event, no deposit is required as we will be functioning as a vendor and will follow your vendor procedure.
4. Final Details
• Provide final guest count and event details 14 days before the event.
5. Final Payment
• The remaining balance is due before the event or upon arrival.
